Xepho
AI-assisted learning creation and capability development.
Status as of October 2026
Founder and product lead.
Xepho grows from my experience in education and my interest in how learning becomes understanding and performance. It is being developed as a platform for creators, tutors and organisations to create and deliver learning with greater flexibility.
The platform direction includes AI-assisted drafting and editing, multi-tenant organisation spaces and delivery through video, audio, written material and interactive activities. A common lesson foundation should keep those formats aligned so learners encounter a coherent explanation.
The broader ambition is to connect learning with capability: what someone can demonstrate, the evidence supporting it and the further development they need. That ambition guides the work on organisational learning and the exploration of apprenticeship and competency support.
The problem Xepho addresses
Creating learning can require substantial time, specialist input and several tools. Organisations may also find it difficult to connect the learning activity with the capability they need in their people.
Xepho is being developed to reduce the effort involved in creating useful learning and to support a clearer relationship between content, practice and capability.
What I am learning through building it
A learning platform needs more than a content engine. It needs a workable experience for the creator, the organisation and the learner. Quality, cost, accessibility and adoption affect whether the product can be useful at scale.
Those questions connect the platform with my wider thinking about transformation and enterprise.
